  • My VapeDynamics vaporizer feels hot. What should I do?

    All our vaporizers are made with the highest quality materials capable of handling high temperatures. Keep in mind you are holding a portable oven and is running at very high heat, it can get pretty warm. Even if the device feels hot after a lot of use, it is safe to touch and will not burn your hand. However please use precaution as they are very hot temperatures.
    TIP: Let your device cool back down for 5 minutes, then start your next session back up.

  • My VapeDynamics vaporizer mouthpiece feels hot. What should I do?

    All the heat you are experiencing is coming directly from the device’s vapor, not the mouthpiece. Keep in mind you are holding a portable oven and is running at very high temperatures. Assure a comfortable lip location and try different angles. Also make sure to inhale slowly, as it will allow more time for the heat to disperse.

  • I need product support for one of my devices. What should I do?

  • How often should I clean my device?

    We recommend regular clean up of your devices. You may use alcohol or pipe cleaner, keep in mind to wipe down with a damp (not wet) cloth or rag after applying. We also recommend using the tools that come in each of your VapeDynamics devices for cleaning.

  • I am having trouble with my VapeDynamics device. What should I do?

    If you think your device may have an issue, please do not try and fix it yourself. This could infringe upon your warrant. Please contact us at [email protected] for any questions or concerns.

  • Why is age verification required?

    All our devices are designed in our home of Los Angeles, CA and assembled in China. Our engineers are frequently in China assuring every step of production is going according to standard.

  • Can I use liquids for my Hera 2?

    Your Hera 2 device is specifically designed for loose-leaf plant material and extracts. Using direct liquids or oils runs the risk of damaging the device. Keep in mind that your warranty does not cover any damage done to the device.

    A. Recommended Temperature:

    The recommended temperature for your Hera 2 device depends on quantity of flower used. The temperature of extract mode is automatically set for you, no need to try to adjust. For general purposes, the best temperature for flower is 385-410 degrees F. If using larger amounts of flower and sharing your device, feel free to turn up the temperature up to no more than 440 degrees F. If you want a lower temperature, keep in mind that 350 degrees F is the lowest temperature the flower will vaporize at.

    B. Recommended Cleaning Instructions

    The cleaning instructions for your Hera 2 device depend on quantity of use and materials used. For general purposes, the best way is to start by removing the thick residue with your tool, and use your comb to continue to remove any sticky residue. You may use small amount of alcohol to remove any leftover residue. Make sure to wipe with clean, damp cloth afterwords to remove any alcohol left behind. 

    C. How to load the Hera 2:

    • Flower

    Flower may use either the flat mouthpiece or the slightly coned mouthpiece.

    Step 1 Load flower into the chamber

    Step 2 Attach the desired mouthpiece to the Hera 2 device 

    Step 3 Push “Dry Herb" mode on your screen 

    Step 4 Choose your desired temperature (recommended temperatures above) 

    Step 5 Press the side button 

    Step 6 Wait for device to heat to desired temperature, blue light will appear once reached desired temperature & enjoy!

    • Extract 

    The extract chamber has its own mouthpiece. The extract chamber comes attached to the mouthpiece in your Hera 2 box, which is the best mouthpiece to use for extract mode.

    Step 1 Take the extract chamber out of the mouthpiece & Load extract into the chamber

    Step 2 Attach the extract chamber back into the mouthpiece & Attach the mouthpiece into the Hera 2 device 

    Step 5 Push “extract" mode on your screen & Press the side button 

    Step 7 Wait for device to heat to temperature (extract mode automatically sets temperature), blue light will appear once reached desired temperature & enjoy!

    D. Recommended Mouth Piece Instructions:

    Your Hera 2 comes with 3 different mouth pieces.

     

    1. The standard mouth piece comes attached to the device. It works well for dry herb mode.  

    2. There is also a shorter mouth piece, known for its sexiness and works well with colder temperatures. It is recommended for flower mode only.

    3. The last mouth piece is the longest, known to handle higher temperatures. It comes attached to the extract chamber. It works for extract mode.

    Please use ONLY this chamber and mouthpiece for extract mode, and keep in mind that extract mode automatically sets the temperature for you.  

    E. How to use the Butterfly Screen:

    The little butterfly screen is there to prevent any loose leaf from falling in between the holes during dry herb mode. It is good for keep your device clean and tidy, it is not necessary! Don't worry, your device is made to handle loose leaf, however it doesn't hurt to use as an extra precaution if using a large amounts of flower.
